ABOUT ALEXANDER PANCOE
Committed to making change.
In 2005, Alex was diagnosed with a brain tumor and successfully operated on at Lurie Children's Hospital. 15 years later he has had no complications. Alex currently serves on the Foundation Board at Lurie Children's, which has proven to be a one-of-a-kind hospital saving thousands of lives. Alex has dedicated each of his climbs to a patient at Lurie Children’s and is determined to raise $1 million. In July of 2019 Alex completed the Explorer’s Grand Slam and continues to raise awareness and money for Lurie Children’s. So far, he has raised nearly $500,000.

After completing one of the most difficult challenges in the world Alex hopes to inspire others after pushing himself to the absolute physical and mental human limits in some of the harshest environments across the globe. Peaks of Mind is dedicated to inspiring others to find their Everest.
